Sri Sathya Sai Invitational Badminton Tournament was held in the Sri Sathya Sai International Centre for Sports, Prasanthi Nilayam on Tuesday. In the Singles event, Chetan Anand outplayed Anup Sridhar in straight sets with 21-19 and 21-18. Meanwhile, in the doubles event, P. Gopichand and Sanave Thomas defeated Diju V. and Akshay Diwakar in three sets with 23-21, 7-21 and 21-13. Bhagawan was present for the doubles event. He later blessed all the players with Vibuthi and Photographs in the Mandir.
