Education in human values, advocated by Bhagawan, is already being practised in educational institutions in India and elsewhere. Swami advises that in addition to EHV, 3HV - forging unity of the head, heart and hands - is just as important for the practice of Educare. In other words, thoughts, words and deeds must coalesce and run in the same direction.

Baba further advises that in achieving self-transformation, the role of the five D's is very important: Dedication, Devotion, Discrimination, Discipline and Determination.

We must also take note of the fact that Baba places a high premium on selfless service.
